Change of Mind

If you decide that the item(s) you have ordered are not everything you thought they would be. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Follow the below steps to arrange a refund.

Please email admin@mccallummade.com.au  to obtain authorisation to return your item.

For a change of mind, all costs associated with the return of your goods are your responsibility. We do not compensate for the costs of returning a change of mind purchase.

Definition of refund

Refunds for returned McGrath stockfeed products apply only to stockfeeds that are in as-new, resaleable, unopened, and unused condition. The refund amount will be less than the actual freight costs in the event where the costs of original freight were higher than what you were charged at the time of your order placement.

We reserve the right to not accept any refund on any item returned to us without prior approval by emailing McGrath Stockfeeds.

How To Return A Product

All stockfeed products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused condition and be suitable for resale.

1. Please email admin@mccallummade.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping you paid on the order (unless it is a manufacturer fault or is damaged in transit). reason for your return and the original receipt.
