At McGrath Stockfeeds, we aim to make getting your supplies as easy and rewarding as possible. Whether you prefer the convenience of home delivery or the added value of in-store collection, we have an option to suit your needs.

1. Local Delivery Services
We offer reliable delivery to our local community, generally defined as locations within a 25–30 minute drive from our store.

• Orders over $250: Delivery is FREE within our local service area.
  
• Orders under $250: A flat freight charge of $25 applies to all local deliveries.
  

2. The "Click & Collect" Perk
We love seeing our customers in person! To thank you for choosing to pick up your order, we offer a unique Store Credit incentive for online orders collected from our store.

• Earn Store Credit: By placing your order online and selecting "In-Store Collection," you can earn up to $75 in store credit to use on future purchases.
  
• Paying it Forward: Your earned credit is fully transferable. You may choose to keep it for your next visit or transfer it to another customer—including local animal charities—who can then use that credit for their own essential supplies.
  

3. Important Terms & Conditions
To ensure we can continue offering these benefits, the following rules apply:

• Delivery vs. Credit: The Store Credit incentive is a special perk exclusive to customers who collect their orders. Therefore, Store Credit does not apply to orders that are delivered.
  
• Policy on Cancellations: If an order is originally placed for collection but is subsequently changed to a delivery request, any store credit earned through that order will be forfeited/cancelled.
  
• Delivery Area: If you are unsure if your location falls within our 25–30 minute local delivery radius, please contact our team before placing your order.
